Job Description

As an Oil Well Services Supervisor, you will take charge of overseeing operations and maintenance at oil well sites. Your role is crucial in coordinating teams engaged in drilling, completion, and production to ensure that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform systematic inspections of machinery to detect safety hazards and equipment issues.
• Gather and analyze production data to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address equipment needs.
• Monitor process parameters and adjust machine settings as necessary.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations consistently.
• Provide training and support to new employees on best practices.
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives by suggesting process changes.
• Document and report any findings of operational significance.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss safety and operational updates.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Engineering or a relevant field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a hot mill or similar operations role.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of metallurgy principles
• Data analysis

Certifications

• Hot Mill Operations Certification

Languages
