• Oversee loading rack operations ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Manage and schedule loading rack staff for optimal operation.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve team efficiency.
• Coordinate with logistics for timely loading and unloading activities.
• Maintain records of loading activities and regulations compliance.
• Conduct safety meetings and audits to ensure workplace safety.
• Enhance loading processes to minimize waiting times and boost throughput.
• Train staff to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
• Stay informed on industry regulations and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Additional technical training is a plus

Experience

• 3 years in loading operations with supervisory experience preferred
