Job Description

As a Reel Operator, you'll be at the heart of our production process. Your primary responsibilities will include operating reel machines and ensuring production efficiency. This role is vital for maintaining our high standards of quality and safety, making you a key player in our manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

  • Run and monitor reel machines to ensure continuous production flow.
  • Configure machine settings based on production requirements.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure machine reliability.
  • Identify and resolve machine malfunctions promptly to maintain production schedules.
  • Record production data and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with other operators to streamline production processes.
  • Support training programs for new staff regarding equipment and safety.
  • Maintain a safe and orderly production environment.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to discuss production performance.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and practices relevant to production.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical certification in manufacturing technology or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years in production with specific experience in reel operation preferred
