Job Description

As a Sales Engineer, you'll play a key role in driving growth for our company by identifying new business opportunities. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to create innovative solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Actively seek out and engage potential customers.
  • Gather customer feedback to drive product development.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Identify and address customer needs through effective solutions.
  • Support the development of marketing campaigns to attract clients.
  • Collaborate on pricing strategies with senior management.
  • Share insights with the product development team to enhance offerings.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is also acceptable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales or related field
Technical Skills
  • Project management software (Asana, Trello)
  • Market analysis tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
