Job Description

The Wire Preparation Machine Tender is tasked with operating wire preparation equipment to produce wire in various sizes and types. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Set up wire preparation machines according to job specifications.
• Adjust machine settings to improve production efficiency.
• Conduct periodic quality checks of produced wire.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with engineering staff to implement process improvements.
• Train and mentor new operators on equipment usage and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience operating wire preparation equipment

Languages

• English: Fluent
