We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to provide job search assistance and career guidance to clients. You will work closely with diverse individuals, employers, and community organizations to facilitate employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in the job application process and conduct skill assessments.
• Create individualized job placement plans for clients based on their skills and goals.
• Organize job fairs and networking events for job seekers and employers.
• Use CRM software to manage client information and follow-ups.
• Conduct training sessions on interview techniques and workplace readiness.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in employment services or workforce development

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Spanish: Conversational
