Join our mission to assist job seekers as an Eligibility Interviewer. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing job search strategies, and connecting applicants with suitable job openings.
Responsibilities
Provide personalized support to job seekers throughout their employment journey.
Develop training and workshop materials to assist job seekers in enhancing their qualifications.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Deliver presentations to local organizations and community groups about available workforce services.
Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to streamline the job placement process.
Contribute to team meetings to share insights on job seeker needs and best practices.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience
1-3 years of experience in customer service or related role
