Job Description

As a Shot Peening Operator, you will operate specialized equipment to enhance the strength of metal parts. Your attention to detail and precision in executing the process will ensure we maintain our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of metal components pre- and post-shot peening to ensure quality standards.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of shot peening techniques.
• Assist in developing best practices for shot peening processes.
• Maintain records of equipment performance and report any inconsistencies to the supervisor.
• Support other manufacturing team members in achieving production goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience as a Shot Peening Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
