• Participate in equipment training sessions as required.
• Adhere to all workplace safety protocols.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements in fringes production.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production outcomes and goals.
• Help train new employees on fringe knotting techniques.
• Perform routine machinery checks to ensure functionality.
• Document and report production metrics accurately.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant textile certification is a plus.

Experience

• Prior experience in textile manufacturing or related field preferred.
