Responsibilities

• Set up and break down photo booth installations at various events
• Engage with clients and attendees, providing guidance on photo booth use
• Monitor photo booth performance and conduct necessary troubleshooting
• Ensure a fun and exciting atmosphere for guests in the photo area
• Record payment transactions accurately and assist with invoicing
• Keep the photo booth area clean and well-organized at all times
• Collaborate with event coordinators to meet client expectations
• Report any equipment issues to the operations team proactively
• Assist in marketing efforts by promoting photo booth services during events
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and materials needed for operations

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
