Job Description

The Marriage and Family Therapist provides therapeutic services designed to support individuals, couples, and families. You will play a vital role in developing treatment plans and implementing effective interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and monitor client’s mental health and emotional needs.
  • Provide individual and couple counseling for relationship issues.
  • Offer family therapy sessions to address systemic issues.
  • Document treatment and progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Advocate for client needs within the healthcare system.
  • Engage in community outreach and education regarding mental health.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices in therapeutic interventions.
  • Participate in supervision and consultation as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Clinical licensure (LCSW or equivalent) is required
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience working in mental health services
