Job Description
The Marriage and Family Therapist provides therapeutic services designed to support individuals, couples, and families. You will play a vital role in developing treatment plans and implementing effective interventions.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and monitor client’s mental health and emotional needs.
Provide individual and couple counseling for relationship issues.
Offer family therapy sessions to address systemic issues.
Document treatment and progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Advocate for client needs within the healthcare system.
Engage in community outreach and education regarding mental health.
Utilize evidence-based practices in therapeutic interventions.
Participate in supervision and consultation as required.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Social Work or related field
Clinical licensure (LCSW or equivalent) is required
Experience
3+ years of experience working in mental health services
