Job Description

As a Computer User Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for technical assistance and troubleshooting. You will support our clients by resolving issues related to hardware and software, ensuring that all systems are functioning effectively. Your expertise will help maintain high standards of customer service and technical efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Help users navigate and resolve technical issues with software and hardware.
  • Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
  • Conduct system backups and recoveries.
  • Monitor and manage IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses.
  • Provide insights and feedback for improving IT processes and systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, CCENT, CCNA, MCSA)
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
