Responsibilities

• Operate blending machines efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Evaluate mixing procedures and make necessary adjustments.
• Keep accurate production logs for tracking efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with the quality team to conduct inspections of blended products.
• Safeguard workplace safety by following operational protocols.
• Assist in training new staff members on blending processes.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for production practices.
• Participate in routine clean-up and maintenance of the work area.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience with abrasive mixing equipment is preferred

Technical Skills

• Mechanical Aptitude

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift certification: Certified to operate forklifts and similar machinery in a manufacturing setting.
