Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Home Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing repair and maintenance tasks on various home appliances, ensuring optimal functionality and customer satisfaction. A solid technical background in troubleshooting and repairing appliances is essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues in appliances and determine the best repair methods.
• Perform repairs on electrical, gas, and mechanical components of appliances.
• Educate customers on proper appliance usage and maintenance.
• Execute repairs in a timely manner to reduce appliance downtime.
• Document all service activities and maintain clear communication with dispatch.
• Assist with training new technicians as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in appliance repair technology is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on appliance repair experience

Technical Skills

Certifications

• Certified Appliance Professional (CAP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
