Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial machinery and ensuring the production of quality products.

Responsibilities

• Align and calibrate machinery for optimal performance.
• Inspect equipment before operation and report any deficiencies.
• Create and follow production schedules.
• Resolve minor mechanical issues and notify maintenance for major repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Communicate effectively with production supervisors regarding any concerns.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Preferred 3 years of experience in machine operation within a manufacturing setting
