• Perform exploratory data analysis and visualize findings effectively.
• Develop and validate predictive models using statistical software.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• R Proficient in R for statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Python Advanced knowledge of Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• SAS Experience with SAS for statistical analysis.
• SQL Intermediate SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Tableau Skilled in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
• Analytical Thinking Exceptional analytical abilities for tackling complex data challenges.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
• Problem-Solving Highly skilled in identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
• Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
• SAS Certified Data Scientist
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with advanced statistical techniques: Familiarity with Bayesian analysis, hierarchical modeling, or time-series analysis.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R: Proven ability to write clean, efficient code for analysis.
