Job Description

As a Human Factors Engineer and Ergonomist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cognitive systems that enhance user experience and decision-making capabilities. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will analyze user requirements, create ergonomic designs, and develop cognitive computing solutions.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
