Responsibilities

• Fabricate molds and prepare resin mixtures.
• Inspect and finalize luggage shells to meet product standards.
• Utilize CNC machines and hand tools for precision.
• Maintain work area cleanliness and organization.
• Provide feedback to management on process improvements.
• Develop and implement safety training for new hires.

Requirements

Education

• Certifications in fiberglass molding or related trade are a plus

Experience

• Experiential knowledge in custom orders is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Fiberglass Molding Techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent
