As a Core Layer Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in setting up and operating machines that create core layer components for our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities

• Understand and execute job orders following production schedules.

• Conduct routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns.
• Train new employees on machine operation and safety procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any concerns related to product quality.
• Assist with inventory management of raw materials and finished products.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in woodworking or related fields.

Technical Skills

• Core layer machine operation

Languages
