Job Description

Join our manufacturing team as a Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Operator. You will be responsible for polishing automotive components while maintaining a focus on efficiency and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the set-up and tear-down of polishing operations as needed.
• Implement improvements to processes to enhance efficiency and output quality.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area and ensure all tools are returned after use.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred

Languages
