Job Description

As a Woodworking Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will operate specialized machinery to produce wooden products. Your role is vital in maintaining quality standards and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the operational workflow by effectively managing machine setups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Ensure that machine calibration aligns with product specifications.
• Assist maintenance staff in conducting scheduled inspections and repairs.
• Monitor raw material usage and report any discrepancies.
• Support the safety training and development of new employees.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for maintenance and reporting.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is advantageous.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
