Job Description
As a Woodworking Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will operate specialized machinery to produce wooden products. Your role is vital in maintaining quality standards and ensuring operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Maintain the operational workflow by effectively managing machine setups.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
Ensure that machine calibration aligns with product specifications.
Assist maintenance staff in conducting scheduled inspections and repairs.
Monitor raw material usage and report any discrepancies.
Support the safety training and development of new employees.
Adhere to company policies and procedures for maintenance and reporting.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is advantageous.
Experience
1-3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
