Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bench Tool Maker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and repairing precision tools and machines used in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate curriculum design and instructional strategies for the organization.
  • Facilitate training sessions for teachers on new teaching methodologies.
  • Analyze student assessment data to determine the efficacy of instructional programs.
  • Manage the allocation of resources for educational initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure consistency in instructional methods.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to instructional staff to improve teaching practices.
  • Conduct evaluations of educational programs to recommend improvements.
  • Assist in the integration of technology in the instructional process.
  • Serve as a liaison between the school and external educational organizations.
  • Participate in administrative meetings to discuss educational strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Master's degree preferred in Education Administration
Experience
  • 3-5 years in instructional roles, preferably in curriculum development or instructional coordination
