Job Description

As a Textile Winding, Twisting, and Drawing Out Machine Setter, you will play a crucial role in the textile manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include loading yarn onto creels, adjusting machinery, and ensuring high-quality fabric production.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines for winding and twisting fabrics.
• Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Identify operational issues and implement timely solutions.
• Adhere to production schedules and quotas.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss performance and safety.
• Train new employees on machinery operation and safety measures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Technical training in textile processing is a plus

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a textile production environment preferred.
