Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist, also known as an HR Analyst, to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on analyzing HR data to enhance processes and drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR analytics, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze HR data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Generate analytical reports for various HR initiatives.
  • Foster partnerships with HR Business Partners for performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the establishment of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support diverse HR projects including talent acquisition and programs.
  • Maintain current knowledge of HR regulations and employment laws.
  • Explore innovative HR practices through research.
  • Deliver insights that enhance HR effectiveness.
  • Support system implementations and upgrades.
  • Keep meticulous HR data records ensuring confidentiality.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • HR-specific certifications are highly desirable.
Experience
  • 5 years in HR analytics or related functions.
