We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities

  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Enhance employee communication and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Ensure effective employee training programs are in place.
  • Participate in career development and succession planning.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR-related field
  • Master’s degree in HR Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5 years of relevant HR experience
