Job Description
As a Business Continuity Planner, you will develop and implement strategies to ensure operational resilience and minimize disruptions. Your expertise will help our organization effectively prepare for, respond to, and recover from unforeseen events.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of emergency preparedness strategies.
Assess business impact analysis to prioritize recovery strategies.
Engage with senior management to secure buy-in for business continuity initiatives.
Conduct regular exercises and drills to test plans and procedures.
Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business continuity efforts.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Master’s degree in Risk Management or related field is preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in business continuity or risk management roles
