Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Road Builder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and maintaining highways, roads, and related infrastructure. Your expertise in road construction techniques and equipment operation will be essential in delivering successful projects.

Responsibilities

• Construct roads and highways according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare the construction site by clearing debris, rocks, and other materials.
• Assist in surveying and setting out the road alignment.
• Install drainage systems and utilities.
• Compact and level surfaces using various tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain equipment and perform minor repairs when necessary.
• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members when required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in heavy equipment operation or road construction preferred

Experience

• At least 2-3 years of experience in road construction or related field
