As an Information Technology Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing software development projects from inception to completion. Your role will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Manage project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies for project management, adapting practices to fit team needs.
  • Implement continuous improvement processes for project management practices.
  • Ensure effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and improvement areas.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Master's degree in Project Management or a related field preferred
  • Agile Methodologies Proficient in implementing Agile processes and methodologies.
  • Project Management Software Experienced with tools like Jira, Asana, and Trello.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in MS Project and Excel for project tracking.
  • Leadership Strong ability to lead diverse teams and foster collaboration.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle: Understanding of the full software development lifecycle for better project management.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Background in implementing CI/CD processes within project teams.
