Job Description

We are seeking skilled Metal Workers and Plastic Workers to join our production team. In this role, you will operate specialized machinery, maintain equipment, and ensure quality standards are met, contributing to the success of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare workstations and materials for production activities.
• Maintain accurate records of machine operations and production metrics.
• Assist with inventory management and material handling.
• Propose improvements for processes to enhance productivity and safety.
• Create an inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in welding or machining is a plus.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a related manufacturing role.

Technical Skills

• Experience with CNC machinery
• Welding and grinding equipment operation

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with welding and CNC machinery: Knowledge and skills in operating welding and computer numerical control equipment.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles: Familiarity with methods to reduce waste and optimize production.
