Molasses Coloring Operator

Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated Molasses Coloring Operator to ensure the quality and consistency of molasses color within our production processes. The successful candidate will monitor equipment and perform quality checks while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust equipment settings to achieve desired color in molasses.
• Conduct quality assessments according to company quality standards.
• Actively ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Perform maintenance checks on coloring equipment.
• Assist in preparing reports on production metrics.
• Work with cross-functional teams on product enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production statuses.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred

Experience

• Familiarity with food and beverage production processes is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Color Measurement and Control

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Food and Beverage Production: Experience in a similar role within the food production industry.
