Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Mentor junior team members in confectionery techniques.
  • Lead product tasting sessions to ensure quality assurance.
  • Contribute to team meetings with new ideas and improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Formal culinary training is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a confectionery or similar role
