We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and improve their overall mobility with personalized therapy plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical assessments to establish rehabilitation goals.
• Design and execute comprehensive treatment strategies tailored to individual patient needs.
• Document patient evaluations and track progress through regular follow-ups.
• Foster an encouraging environment that promotes patient motivation and recovery.
• Engage in interdisciplinary meetings to optimize patient care.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)

Experience

• Licensure in the state of Florida and at least 1 year of clinical experience preferred.

• Manual Therapy Techniques
• Rehabilitation Program Design

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Communication Skills

Certifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida
• CPR and First Aid Certified

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Sports Rehabilitation: Knowledge and experience dealing with sports injuries and therapies.
• Familiarity with Telehealth Services: Proficient in providing therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.
