Job Description

As a Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of an apartment complex, ensuring that tenant needs are met, property maintenance is up to par, and community standards are upheld. We're seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in property management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the apartment complex.
  • Ensure tenant satisfaction through effective communication and prompt response to issues.
  • Maintain property in accordance with company standards and local regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing maintenance or improvement.
  • Assist in preparing property marketing materials and conducting property showings.
  • Coordinate the collection of rent, deposits, and fees.
  • Manage contracts with service providers and maintain good relationships with vendors.
  • Implement policies and procedures that enhance the living experience of residents.
  • Gather and analyze market trends to optimize rental rates.
  • Develop strategies for tenant retention and community engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Real Estate is preferred
  • Certified Property Manager (CPM) is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in residential property management.
