Job Description

As the Machine Assembler Supervisor, you will oversee the assembly and installation of machines in our manufacturing plant. You will lead a team of skilled assemblers, ensuring that all machines are assembled according to specifications and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate assembly operations to meet production goals.
  • Train and develop team members on assembly techniques and safety protocols.
  • Monitor assembly processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of assembly activities and quality assessments.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including logistics and customer service.
  • Research and apply best practices in assembly operations.
  • Oversee inventory management for assembly components.
  • Assist in product development discussions with engineering.
  • Provide feedback to management about team performance and project challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree or technical diploma in a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
