Responsibilities

  • Handle user support requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in the setup of new workstations and laptops for employees.
  • Provide orientation and training on IT policies and procedures.
  • Keep track of software licenses and renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve overall service quality.
  • Participate in IT projects and training sessions.
  • Evaluate new software tools and provide recommendations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in IT support roles
