Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cutter who will be responsible for accurately cutting materials and fabrics based on specified patterns and measurements. The ideal candidate will have experience with various cutting equipment and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate measurements of fabrics and materials according to designs and specifications.
• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of cutting tools.
• Inspect cut materials for any defects or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize material usage.
• Follow quality control procedures to meet product standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in inventory management and tracking of materials.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance cutting techniques and skills.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience as a Cutter or in a similar role is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Ability to operate cutting equipment and tools
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

Soft Skills

• Good physical stamina
• Time management and organizational skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with different types of fabrics and materials: Practical experience with textiles and their properties.
• Certification in cutting techniques: Certification from recognized industry training programs.
