Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency service calls for assistance.
• Evaluate the scope of damage and prioritize restoration efforts.
• Establish timelines for restoration tasks and coordinate workflows.
• Work with various restoration tools and equipment effectively.
• Communicate clearly with clients, ensuring their concerns are addressed.
• Maintain and repair equipment used in emergency restoration.
• Provide training and support for junior team members.
• Stay informed about safety regulations and best practices.
• Engage positively with the community during recovery efforts.
• Prepare reports detailing the restoration processes and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Master's Degree in Emergency Management or Environmental Science is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in disaster recovery or restoration services
