Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of complex financial transactions including IPOs and private placements.
  • Advise clients on market entry strategies and competitive positioning.
  • Utilize analytical tools to assess financial performance and guidance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for stakeholders.
  • Support risk assessment and mitigation strategies in transactions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors and financial institutions.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide insights on deal structures and negotiations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • MBA is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years in a financial role with investment banking experience preferred
