Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and manage chronic and acute conditions.
• Facilitate patient referrals to specialists when necessary.

• Work closely with the clinic staff to ensure optimal patient flow.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans electronically.
• Stay current with medical best practices and guidelines.
• Participate in continuing medical education to maintain licensure.

Requirements

Education

• M.D. from an accredited medical school
• Completion of residency in Family Medicine or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of direct patient care experience
