Job Description

As a Race Relations Adviser, you will be at the forefront of our mission to build understanding and respect among individuals from diverse racial backgrounds. You will develop and implement initiatives aimed at promoting harmony and addressing any incidents of discrimination within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of diversity training and awareness programs.
  • Address employee concerns regarding race relations proactively and with sensitivity.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure effective implementation of diversity policies.
  • Engage with community leaders and organizations to foster external partnerships.
  • Analyze data to identify trends related to race relations and recommend solutions.
  • Facilitate discussions and forums on race-related topics.
  • Support the recruitment of diverse candidates to enhance workplace diversity.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Social Work, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in diversity and inclusion or a related field
