Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support residents in making informed choices about their education and career paths.
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
• Collaborate with external agencies to provide comprehensive resources.
• Evaluate and document the effectiveness of counseling programs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that respects diversity.
• Contribute to program planning and development.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement based on resident needs.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to counseling services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant counseling experience

Certifications

• National Certified Counselor (NCC)
• Certified Mental Health Counselor (CMHC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
