Responsibilities

• Help operate rotary shear machines efficiently.
• Inspect cut pieces for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
• Assist in troubleshooting minor machine issues during operation.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Ability to operate hand tools
• Basic math skills

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of metal cutting techniques: Experience with various cutting methods preferred.
• Previous experience with automated machinery: Understanding of automated systems will be beneficial.
