Job Description

As the Research Dairy Farm Supervisor, you'll oversee all aspects of daily animal care and research activities at our state-of-the-art dairy farm. Your role will involve managing animal health, nutrition, and production, while also leading a team of skilled staff dedicated to advancing dairy science.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of digital dictation systems and provide necessary improvements.
• Identify trends in client support inquiries and report to management.
• Prepare reports on system performance and client satisfaction.
• Train new team members on departmental procedures and best practices.
• Assist clients in using dictation systems effectively to maximize their utility.
• Evaluate new technologies for potential implementation in support of dictation systems.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards while delivering support.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
