Job Description

We are on the lookout for skilled Cutting and Slicing Machine Setters to join our Boston facility. Your main responsibilities will include operating tube cutting machinery and ensuring that all cuts meet the required specifications. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a cohesive team are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate cutting machines based on job specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes.
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and regulations.
• Monitor machine performance and report any discrepancies.
• Engage in regular training sessions to update skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree or certification preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in tube cutting or a similar manufacturing environment.
