Job Description

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, assist in employee onboarding, and maintain accurate personnel records. Your role will be crucial in ensuring adherence to HR policies and fostering strong employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and effective approach.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in resolving employee relation matters while fostering a positive work atmosphere.
  • Support performance management processes, creating a culture of continuous feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout HR functions.
  • Engage in employee training and development programs to promote career growth.
  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics and assist in the preparation of HR reports.
  • Participate in the design and execution of employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in human resources or recruitment.
