Job Description
We are seeking an HR Manager to join our Seattle team to lead our human resource strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Responsibilities
Shape the HR function to support business objectives.
Champion employee engagement surveys and implement improvements.
Maintaining payroll and benefits administration accurately.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
Manage conflict resolution and mediation processes.
Collaborate with external partners for staffing and training.
Advise on workforce planning and job redesign.
Implement performance management initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including management roles
