Job Description

The Claims Investigator will conduct detailed investigations into insurance claims, validating their authenticity while identifying potential fraudulent activities. The successful candidate will gather evidence, interview involved parties, and analyze documentation to ensure just outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and evaluate insurance claims, determining their legitimacy.
  • Gather and analyze various forms of evidence related to claims.
  • Conduct interviews with all parties involved to extract critical information.
  • Document findings in comprehensive investigation reports.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Advanced degree or certifications in fraud examination.
Experience
  • 3+ years in an investigative role within insurance.
