Join our team as an Armored Assault Vehicle Officer, where you will spearhead planning and executing armored operations while enhancing the skills and performance of ground troops. You'll play a critical role in ensuring mission success.

Responsibilities

• Direct armored operations while ensuring operational effectiveness.
• Train soldiers in tactics and operational procedures for armored vehicles.
• Evaluate the condition and capabilities of armored equipment.
• Coordinate with command staff for mission planning.
• Implement safety protocols for all personnel involved in operations.
• Lead drills and exercises to enhance team readiness.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and discipline among officers and soldiers.
• Maintain and report on the readiness status of the armored unit.
• Assist in the development of new tactics and operational strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Completion of officer training program from an accredited institution

Experience

• At least two years of experience in a leadership position in the military, with a focus on armored warfare.
