Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Inspectors, Testers, Sorters, Samplers, and Weighers to join our recycling team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our recycling processes, focusing on sorting and inspecting materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback on equipment needs and maintenance requirements.
• Monitor production flows to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Assist in training new team members on procedures and equipment.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Document work activities and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to promote sustainability.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or recycling role preferred

Technical Skills

• Physical stamina

• Flexibility and adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in waste management: Experience in a role that focuses on sorting and recycling waste materials.
