Job Description

We are seeking a First-Line Supervisor of Mechanics, Installers, and Repairers to oversee a team of skilled technicians. The ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities and a strong background in facility maintenance, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the maintenance team
• Evaluate and schedule maintenance requests based on priority
• Conduct assessments of maintenance processes to improve efficiency
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards
• Facilitate communication between maintenance and other departments
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules and workflows
• Handle conflict resolution among team members effectively

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Facilities Management or similar field

Experience

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in facility maintenance

Technical Skills

• Preventive maintenance planning
• Project management software

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
